This weekend marks the end of another round of the 30-day writing challenge, Ship 30 for 30.

This January, I was so excited to go all-in: publish 30 essays, engage with the community, and explore the topic of emerging leadership. I did all of those things, to be fair, but less consistently than I intended, and my publishing was patchy. Certainly not daily.
